1. Our Services

Heron provides professional writing services including but not limited to essays, creative content, social media posts, blog articles, and technical writing. Each project is customized to the client's requirements and delivered according to agreed terms.

2. Order Process

• You submit a project request with details about what you need
• We confirm the scope, price, and delivery timeline
• Payment is collected before work begins (full or partial as agreed)
• We deliver the completed work by the agreed deadline
• Revisions are provided as per your selected plan

3. Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is based on content type:

• Simple Content: ₹2/word
• Creative Content: ₹3.5/word
• Technical Content: ₹5/word

All prices are in INR. Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and other available options. Full payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed.

4. Revisions & Refunds

• Each plan includes a minimum of 1 free revision
• Higher-tier plans include unlimited revisions
• If we cannot meet your requirements after reasonable revisions, a full refund will be issued
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• No refunds on completed work that meets the original brief

5. Deadlines

We take deadlines seriously. We deliver on or before the agreed timeline. If we anticipate any delay, we will notify you immediately and offer options. Urgent/express delivery may be available at an additional cost.

6. Originality

All work delivered by Heron is 100% original and written from scratch. We do not plagiarize or reuse content. Each project is unique and tailored to your specific requirements.

7. Confidentiality

Your project details, personal information, and any files shared with us are kept strictly confidential. We do not share, publish, or reuse your content without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Heron is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
